Our Story, Served recklessly
Savage Supper Club started the way all questionable-but-promising ideas should start: with an obscenely good dinner on the Las Vegas Strip.
The food was so good that Al pulled the manager aside and basically said, “If you can do something like this for me every time I bring friends in, I’ll keep bringing people here until one of us retires.”
They exchanged info. They kept in touch. Business happened. And somewhere between the appetizers and the financial irresponsibility of ordering too much food, the idea for Savage Supper Club was born.
So… what exactly is Savage Supper Club?
The easiest way to explain it is this:
Savage Supper Club is what would happen if a social influencer and a concierge had a baby.
That baby grew up. Inherited both parents’ flair for the dramatic. Then developed a dangerous love of restaurants and decided to help people find incredible dining experiences while also teaching the masses how to make delightfully savage meals at home when they’re tired, hungry, and one minor inconvenience away from ordering delivery again.
We’re building a Vegas-based food membership experience focused on exclusive dining opportunities, restaurant partnerships, bold flavors, and the belief that sometimes the correct answer to “What should we order?” is “Yes.”
But who are we?
Savage Supper Club LLC was founded by Al Bespalko and Emanual Lizama, two Las Vegas transplants from a small town in Upstate New York.
Al spent around 20 years as a semi-professional comedian, which is a fancy way of saying he told jokes into microphones for long enough to develop both timing and emotional damage. After stepping away from performing, he still wanted to make people laugh, so he started reviewing restaurants in a style best described as quirky, brutally honest, and occasionally unhinged.
Google now pops up about once a month to tell him his reviews have pulled in around 170,000 views, which feels both impressive and slightly like being monitored by a very supportive robot.
Al likes recklessly good food, hot sauce, and restaurants that make you say, “We should not have ordered this much,” while continuing to order more.
Emanual also loves hot sauce, bold flavors, and the kind of food that makes a normal dinner feel like an event. Together, we realized that a lot of our favorite sauces and dining experiences were a little off the beaten path. Big flavor, unexpected combinations, and absolutely no interest in being boring.
So we decided to build something around that.
The savage part
We’re starting with hot sauces, because apparently “let’s build a dining club” wasn’t already enough chaos.
Our first sauce lineups are getting started now, with flavors inspired by the kind of food we love: bold, weird in the best way, and built for people who think mild is a cry for help.
